MotionCraft AI is an AI-powered website builder that generates cinematic websites based on user input. Users describe their brand, upload assets, and the Platform generates a fully-responsive website with motion design.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration.
Paid plans are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain all rights to content you upload (images, text, brand assets). By uploading, you grant us a license to process, store, and display that content solely for providing the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate websites. Output is provided "as-is" without warranty. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before publishing. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated output — it belongs to you.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' intellectual property, to distribute malware, or to engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
MotionCraft AI is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
